President - Stacy Blois

Stacy joined the KVGSA board in 2013 in the Secretary role after coaching with the KV Girls Softball Association for a year. Stacy lives in Quispamsis with her husband Jason and son Seth. Stacy worked with the telephone company since 1987 in a variety of roles over the years and is now enjoying retirement!

Stacy is originally from Moncton and played in the Minor Baseball Leage as a child and then moved to the sport of softball. She earned back to back Provincial titles and a silver medal at the Orthodox Nationals.

Stacy continued to play softball when she moved to Quispamsis, participating in the Saint John Ladies League until 2012 when she joined KV Girls Softball as a coach! Stacy is thrilled to be giving back to the sport that has been such a huge part of her life. Stacy strives to provide the girls in KV with an opportunity to be part of the fantastic game of softball! She has completed her Level 3 coach training, and is also a trained Can Pitch instructor. Stacy was named as Assistant Coach of the 2021 Women's Canada Games Softball Team for NB.

Vice President - Karen Parker

Karen Parker was born and raised in Quispamsis, only leaving to attend UNB Fredericton where she completed a Bachelor of Physical Education degree. She is married to Greg and has 1 daughter Kate. She is the Recreation Therapist at Carleton Kirk Lodge nursing home.

Karen started volunteering with KVGSA with the Learn to Play program for the 2014 and 2015 seasons. In 2016, she took on a new role as Manager of the U12 Dynamite team. She continued to manage a Dynamite team every season until 2019. Karen also had the opportunity to be part of the planning committee for the U12 Atlantic Championships in 2017 and the U14 Eastern Canadian Championships in 2019. Karen also serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for KVGSA. Karen has enjoyed all of the opportunities that softball and KVGSA has provided her and her family.

Treasurer - Carolyn Campbell

Carolyn joined the KVGSA Board in 2021. She is an engineer by trade and has served as treasurer for other groups so she was a perfect fit for KVGSA!

Carolyn has been a KVGSA Softball MOM for the past 6 years to her daughter Ally, and has come to love the sport of softball. She is excited to learn more about KV Girls Softball and be part of the behind the scenes team to help shape the future!

Technical Director - Gracelyn Kaine

Gracelyn joined the KVGSA Executive Board in 2021 after being a part of our Dynamite Advisory Committee in 2020. Her passion for softball began at age 9, when she started playing travel ball for the SJ Spartans! 

During her time playing competitive ball she attended multiple National and Eastern Canadian Championships making many friends and learning life lessons along the way. In her role she wants to ensure that every girl that steps out on that field feels that they belong, and that the softball field is a safe space for them to be authentically themselves. She feels softball is about more than just the sport, it is about the experience KVGSA provides for our players as well. When she looks back on her softball experience she remembers the fun she with her teammates and coaches. Gracelyn is looking forward to working with KVGSA to help players grow as athletes and as people!

Executive Director - Lisa Redstone

Lisa has spent many years working with children. Lisa has been a teacher for 17 years. She enjoys her grade 1 class and also working as a resource teacher. She has played and coached several sports and enjoys watching young athletes grow. Lisa is a mom of twins, Mallory and Viktor.

Lisa has been a KVGSA mom since 2016. Her daughter, Mallory, loves the game and since becoming a Dynamite player, Lisa has loved learning the game! With a new interest, Lisa had a desire to help the organization and jumped at the chance to join the executive board.

Lisa is looking forward to another exciting season of ball! Welcome Lisa!

Secretary - Chelsea Craig

Chelsea joined the KVGSA Executive Board in 2022. She is an Educational Assistant and has a

true passion for working with children. She is married to Kevin and is a mom to Avery and

Charlotte, who have introduced her to the sport of softball.

Chelsea has been a KVGSA mom since 2018 and with both children playing on a Dynamite team,

she has been eager to learn all there is to know about softball.

Chelsea feels that KVGSA has given so much to the girls in our community, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to be part of the Executive Board and help in any way she can. Welcome to KVGSA Chelsea!

Past Member - Claudine Sweeney

Claudine is co-founder of Simply For Life with her husband Bruce. She is originally from Memramcook, NB and now lives in Darling’s Island with their 2 dogs. She played competitive softball since the age of 12 and participated in various provincial, national and international competitions. Claudine represented NB at the Canada Summer Games in 1989. As a catcher, she played with the Memramcook-Notre Dame Athletics who went on to win NB’s first Junior Women’s Canadian Championship title in 1991. That same year Claudine was selected at a national training camp to be a member of Team Canada at the World Junior Championships in Australia. She continued her career in Vancouver and was a member of the White Rock Renegades Organization who participated in tournaments across the country and in California.  A two time Softball New Brunswick Hall of Fame Member, Claudine hopes to continue her participation in the sport she loves by sharing her knowledge and expertise to young girls in KV and continue to develop this amazing sport across the province. She credits her dedication and discipline to the sport growing up, to the successes in life she has today.
